Your EAS plan includes one Shopify connector subscription. The connector costs US$5.90/month per newly connected Shopify store, billed through Shopify. EAS deducts the euro equivalent of one US$5.90/month connector fee per plan from your EAS service fee, regardless of how many stores you connect.

For example, with one newly connected Shopify store on IOSS Starter, Shopify collects US$5.90 and your EAS service fee is €19.90 less that euro credit. Combined, the base fee is €19.90/month. Each additional newly connected Shopify store has a separate US$5.90/month connector subscription through Shopify. The plan includes one connector fee credit, regardless of store count. Stores already connected to EAS are unaffected.

Additional-order fees and optional services are separate. Digital Sales uses the stated percentage of sales or the monthly minimum, whichever is higher; the one-connector credit is applied to that service fee.

Shopify connector billing applies to newly connected Shopify stores using IOSS, UK VAT, OSS or Digital Sales. Stores already connected to EAS are unaffected. GPSR and EPR have their own pricing. The connector subscription requires an active EAS VAT service plan; the app alone does not include registration and accounting services.

EPR is a monthly base fee plus a fee for every eligible EU order. Existing EAS IOSS, VAT or GPSR customers pay €9.90/month + €0.40/order on Starter, or €49/month + €0.20/order on Plus. Standalone prices are €19.90/month and €59/month with the same per-order fees.

Plus costs less from 196 eligible orders per month. Standard packaging contributions are included. Exceptional packaging or exceptional statutory or scheme-specific charges may need a tailored offer, confirmed during onboarding.

IOSS plans can be changed monthly. UK VAT, OSS and Digital Sales plans can be changed quarterly. GPSR plan changes are handled case by case. You can add product types during your annual contract period; contact GPSR support to confirm the changes.

EAS configures VAT handling, checkout behaviour, tax rules and data transmission. Supported configurations for Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix and Shopware are included up to your plan’s allowance. Other platforms receive dedicated setup guidance.

Additional configurations cost €59 per store, one-time, for VAT services. Store configuration and HS Code Assignment extras do not apply to GPSR or EPR.

IOSS, UK VAT and OSS Starter, Basic and Advanced plans include Standard Support. Plus and XL include Premium Support. Digital Starter and Basic include Standard Support; Digital Plus and Growth include Premium Support. GPSR plans include personal support.

High Priority Support is available for all services at €199/month, billed in six-month cycles (€1,194 invoiced at the start).

IOSS is invoiced on a monthly calendar basis. Service fees and EU VAT collected are invoiced at the beginning of each month. The service plan fee is separate from the VAT collected on your sales.

Available payment methods include card, bank invoicing and PayPal. Payment processing fees may apply.

Starter plan customers using EAS without an integration pay €20/month for CSV handling. Customers connected through Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, Wix, Shopware 6 or an API do not pay this handling fee.

GPSR plans are charged at the beginning of the annual contract. Coverage begins once the invoice is paid and lasts 12 months. The EU Authorised Representative service is included in all GPSR plans. You can add product types during your annual contract period. Contact GPSR support to discuss changes, which are handled case by case.

Standard VAT plans are for individual merchants selling their own products or services. Marketplaces, fulfilment centres, logistics companies and businesses managing compliance for multiple sellers should speak with the EAS Enterprise team.
