The additional transaction fee only applies if you exceed the number of orders included in your EAS plan. The fee is charged only for the orders beyond your plan’s monthly limit.

For example, the IOSS Starter Plan includes 10 IOSS orders per month. If you receive more than 10 orders in a month, a €1.50 fee is applied for each additional order starting from the 11th order onward.

EAS configures your online store to support correct European VAT handling. This includes setting up tax rules, checkout behaviour, and data transmission to ensure compliance.

We provide this configuration service free of charge for natively supported platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopware.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your EAS IOSS plan at any time directly from the EAS Dashboard.

Just log in, navigate to the Pricing section, and choose the plan that fits your current needs. If you make the change before the 25th of the month, the new plan will take effect from the beginning of the following month

EAS follows the guidelines set by the European Commission and EU Member State Tax Authorities. When you cancel your IOSS service, we are still required to submit reports for the cancellation month plus the following two full calendar months.

For example, if you cancel on 15 January, we must report for January, February, and March. Your IOSS number will remain active during this time, and EAS will continue to submit the necessary filings until the end of the final reporting period.

The IOSS reporting period always covers full calendar months. At the beginning of each month, we invoice the EAS service fees along with the EU taxes you’ve collected during the previous month.

You can pay via Card Payment, Bank Invoicing, or PayPal, with standard processing fees applied. Additional payment methods are being introduced continuously to give you even more flexibility.

UK VAT registration typically takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on HMRC processing times. For digital products and services, you don’t need to wait, once EAS has configured your sales platform (usually within 3 business days), you can begin collecting UK VAT. These early sales will be reported in your first UK VAT return once the registration is approved.

UK VAT reporting follows a quarterly cycle, and any ongoing reporting period must be completed in full. If you cancel your UK VAT service during a quarter, EAS will continue to manage your filings until the end of that quarter to ensure full compliance with HMRC rules.

Please note: EAS is not authorised to cancel your UK VAT registration. This responsibility lies with you as the seller. Once your registration is officially cancelled, a final return must still be submitted covering the entire last reporting period.

You don’t pay UK VAT through EAS, that part is simple too. HMRC will send you a payment link at the end of each quarter, so you can pay your VAT directly to them with just a few clicks.

Yes, EAS Authorised Representative Service is included in all EAS GPSR Plans.

Your GPSR plan is charged at the beginning of the annual contract. The contract becomes active and EAS is officially appointed as your authorised representative once the invoice is paid. From that point on, you’re fully covered for EU General Product Safety Regulation compliance for the next 12 months.

Yes, you can!

If you start selling new product types during your GPSR contract period, simply contact your dedicated GPSR support person. We’ll take care of adding the new product category to your compliance documentation

The GPSR plan is based on an annual contract and is billed at the start of the 12-month period. If you decide to pause or stop your EU sales or switch to another authorised representative during that time, you’re free to do so at any point.

Please note that the annual fee is non-refundable, as your compliance documentation and representative service are valid for the full contract period. We’re here to support you throughout—whether you’re growing, adjusting, or planning your next steps.
