What information do I need to provide?
Basic company information and a short description of your normal packaging, such as cartons, paper, poly mailers and fillers. Supplier specifications can be uploaded where available.
Does this work with my 3PL or fulfilment partner?
Yes. The service works whether you fulfil orders yourself or use a warehouse or 3PL. The carrier and the person attaching the label do not determine whether you can use Packaging EPR.
Can I use the service without IOSS or another EAS service?
Yes. Packaging EPR is available as a standalone EAS service. If you already use EAS for VAT or GPSR, you receive the €10 monthly saving shown in the pricing section.
What does the transaction fee cover?
It covers the EAS compliance service and standard packaging contributions for eligible EU orders. If a statutory charge is exceptional or a packaging profile is unusually complex, we will explain this before activation.
