Outbound Sales Representative & SEO Specialist

About the Role We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Outbound Sales Representative & SEO Specialist to support EAS’s growth by generating quality leads and enhancing our digital presence. You will engage potential customers through strategic outreach, optimise our digital channels for better search visibility, and attract inbound inquiries. Your role will significantly impact our expansion, brand positioning, and preparation for Series A investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities via outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email outreach, and LinkedIn engagement.

  • Consistently achieve activity and pipeline generation goals.

  • Plan and implement effective SEO strategies to enhance our online visibility and search rankings.

  • Monitor website analytics, optimise for better search engine positioning, and conduct competitive benchmarking.

  • Create engaging content (blogs, newsletters, etc.) to support lead generation and customer interaction.

  • Represent EAS at industry events, trade fairs, and seminars to boost brand awareness.

You Must Have:

  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.

  • Proven expertise in SEO techniques and best practices.

  • Solid experience in outbound sales, lead generation, and effective client outreach strategies.

  • Strong closing skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.

  • Excellent communication skills and adaptability to occasionally accommodate meetings outside standard office hours (for US and Australian clients).

  • Familiarity with leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopify and WooCommerce.

  • Willingness to learn European VAT compliance specifics.

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment and adapt quickly to new tools and methodologies (including AI).

It Will Be a Significant Advantage If You Have:

  • Proficiency in additional languages.

  • Basic knowledge of WordPress (training provided).

  • Experience with tools like Notion, Zendesk, or HubSpot.

Location & Legal Requirements: The ideal candidate must be based in Europe, legally eligible to work in their country of residence, and capable of invoicing EAS as a registered private entrepreneur with VAT registration.
