To use EAS with BookVault, you need an Online Store or another sales channel. For those using eCommerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, or Shopware, EAS can automatically collect sales information for IOSS reporting. Users of other sales channels can utilise the EAS API connection or upload monthly sales reports in CSV format.
The Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS) is a simplified system introduced by the European Union to streamline the collection of VAT on goods imported into the EU.

High Priority Support Package – €149/month

What’s included:
The High Priority Support Package is billed in 6-month cycles, invoiced at the start of each period.
The additional transaction fee only applies if you exceed the number of orders included in your EAS plan. The fee is charged only for the orders beyond your plan’s monthly limit.
For example, the IOSS Starter Plan includes 10 IOSS orders per month. If you receive more than 10 orders in a month, a €1.50 fee is applied for each additional order starting from the 11th order onward.
EAS configures your online store to support correct European VAT handling. This includes setting up tax rules, checkout behaviour, and data transmission to ensure compliance.
We provide this configuration service free of charge for natively supported platforms: Shopify, WooCommerce, Wix, and Shopware.
Yes, you can connect unlimited stores to your EAS account at no extra cost.
Each IOSS plan includes a set number of free store configurations, where EAS handles the setup of EU tax settings for your online store(s):
If you’d like EAS to configure additional stores beyond what your plan includes, we offer this service for €59 per store.
You can also configure additional stores yourself using our free setup guides, available in the EAS Knowledge Centre.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your EAS IOSS plan at any time directly from the EAS Dashboard.
Just log in, navigate to the Pricing section, and choose the plan that fits your current needs. If you make the change before the 25th of the month, the new plan will take effect from the beginning of the following month
EAS follows the guidelines set by the European Commission and EU Member State Tax Authorities. When you cancel your IOSS service, we are still required to submit reports for the cancellation month plus the following two full calendar months.
For example, if you cancel on 15 January, we must report for January, February, and March. Your IOSS number will remain active during this time, and EAS will continue to submit the necessary filings until the end of the final reporting period.
Yes, you can. EAS supports custom-built stores through two flexible options.
You can integrate directly via our API for full automation, or if you’re on the IOSS Basic Plan or higher, you can submit your EU sales data using a simple CSV file in the EAS reporting format.
Whichever method you choose, we make it easy to stay compliant and submit accurate reports on time.
All EAS plans come with Standard Support to help you stay compliant. If you’re on the Plus or XL plan, you automatically receive Premium Support, which includes faster onboarding and access to a prioritised support channel.
If you need the fastest response times, dedicated fastlane access, and extended support coverage, you can upgrade to the EAS High Priority Support Package for €149/month. This is our top-tier support option and is available to all customers as an add-on, regardless of your plan.
The IOSS reporting period always covers full calendar months. At the beginning of each month, we invoice the EAS service fees along with the EU taxes you’ve collected during the previous month.
You can pay via Card Payment, Bank Invoicing, or PayPal, with standard processing fees applied. Additional payment methods are being introduced continuously to give you even more flexibility.
